- Freshly squeezed vegetable juice contains less sugar and organic acids, and more potassium, iron and calcium, compared to fruit juice.
- Freshly squeezed fruit juices are rich in fructose, which may influence the sugar level and cause gaining weight.
- Freshly squeezed fruit juices are high in acids. Acidic juices such as orange, apple, lemon or cranberry freshly squeezed juices are not recommended for people having stomach problems.
- And don’t forget
about your tooth enamel: drink your freshly squeezed juice through a straw.
